Continuing Professional Development Program
Complete our comprehensive online learning programme and earn your full quota of CPD points. psychologySA is fully accredited with the HPCSA and SACSSP.
You may choose to complete ALL the modules or select only those that are of interest to you. Each module carries a CPD weighting of 3 CEU points and a cost of R250-00. It is therefore recommended that Psychologists complete a full curriculum of 10 modules (including two ethics modules) to fulfill the HPCSA requirement of 30 CEUs per annum.
STEPS:
- Firstly, view all the modules that comprise the curriculum and select those that you wish to complete.
- Then complete the CPD registration form.
- An appropriate payment should be made depending on the number of modules you wish to complete.
Payment Procedure
- Direct payment/ EFT to account: Zahir Vally, ABSA Bank, Cheque Account, Account Number: 4061-32-52-57, Branch: Century City, Branch Code: 631009. Please quote your full name and surname as a reference when making a direct deposit/ transfer.
- When your details are verified and payment confirmed they will be loaded onto the psychologySA administration system.
- The learning material and assessment questionnaires can now be downloaded, studied at leisure in your own time, and returned to psychologySA via email.
- If you attain the required pass mark of 70%, a certificate indicating your successful completion of the module and the accrued CPD points will be sent to you via email. This should be kept for safe-keeping until you are selected for auditing by the Professional Board. Each practitioner is responsible for maintaining his/her own portfolio until his/her name is drawn for a compliance audit.
